Rune Trivia
- Rune houses Vassago's Audience Chamber, which is a shrine to the implementor of the realm, Vassago.
- Rune is also home to the Lag Monster, who can be found behind the Chromatic Dragon up upon Mount Sumter.
- Inside the temple of Rune is Health Services (west, north, east of Recall). This is the default recall point for any area that does not have a recall point, such as new areas or some remote locations. If you lose link in Time-out (in Ingenii Offices), and the system forces you to quit, you will also appear in this room.
- Dying in the Wandering Sidhe or in the Iron Worm will result in you resurrecting at Rune's default recall point, The Runic Temple, no matter where the Wandering Sidhe or the Iron Worm was.
- Access to Rune at night is limited if you choose the East Gate, as it is guarded by Sathan. Entrance is suggested through the South or West gate during such times. However, Sathan will grant access to all people holding a 'gate pass' in their inventory, or possessing the mark of Honor.
- Donating items outside any city's limits causes them to go straight to the Donation Room in Rune.
