New Rigel is located in the central section of Sepharia to the northeast of Rune. This well-known river city is where young rogues and bards travel to better learn their crafts. Lord Vashir rules New Rigel with a grace and charity that few other lords can claim. He offers many opportunities for adventurers of all levels to serve him and the town by providing quests that they may do in return for experience and rewards.

Geography
New Rigel is located at 801, 545 (http://www.aodojo.com/world_locator.php?x=801&y=545&plane=Alyria&Submit=Submit) on the physical plane, near the center of Sepharia.
New Rigel has two entrances from the virtual map, the north gate, and the lesser used south gate.

New Rigel has prospered in recent history under the leadership of Lord Vashir. It has come to be one of the largest trading hubs in Alyria due to its central location in Sepharia
New Rigel Trivia
New Rigel Shopkeepers
- Sarn runs The Glimering Dagger, a weapons store, on the northwest side of Market Street.
- Grendle runs The Shining Breastplate, an armor store, also on the northwest side of Market Street.
- The bowsmith runs the New Rigel Bowsmith, a shop for archery supplies, which is located on the western side of Market Street.
- Almond runs the map shop, Almond's Maps, where the lost adventurer can get a map to help them on their way. The shop is on the western side of Market Street.
Training in New Rigel
- A combat trainer, will train you in general combat knowledge
- Brahn, the famed bard will teach you the skills of the musician
- Marmum, a minor wizard, has been known to teach some magical skills/spells
- the bandit leader is believed to have a well-concealed hideout in the forest somewhere
