Maldra's Keep has one entrances from the virtual map, the large heavily fortified southern gate.

Maldra's Keep has existed in the game for a very long time, originally known as blackthorne keep, and is one of the most popular PK zones in the game, as the area is almost entirely npk, with some cpk as well.
